With a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and over two decades experience practicing and teaching yoga and meditation, I bring a seasoned presence and a wide range of tools and practices into my teaching. I am a devoted mother who embraces yoga as a transformational and unifying practice that brings us home to the present moment and reconnects us to our innately wise, courageous and authentic self. Recognizing the interconnectedness of all things, I believe in the profound unity that binds us all together. I am dedicated to modeling and teaching ways to cultivate deeper awareness and a more loving, embodied and reverent relationship with ourselves and with life. Weaving yin and yang asana, free form movement, breathwork, and meditation, I offer a practice that provides an embodied, nourishing, and devotional experience of meditation and yoga.
